These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Andalus Al Seef website and any reservation or enquiry made through it. By using this website or submitting a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About these terms
In these terms, “Andalus Al Seef”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Andalus Al Seef Resort and Spa. “You” and “guest” refer to the person using the website, making a reservation or staying at the property.
Reservation-specific conditions displayed before you confirm a booking, including rate restrictions, payment requirements and cancellation deadlines, form part of these terms. If they differ from these general terms, the reservation-specific conditions will apply to that booking.
2. Website use
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes, including viewing accommodation and services, making genuine enquiries and arranging reservations. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract content without permission.
3. Reservation information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate guest, contact and payment information. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or from the authorised booking provider handling the transaction. Please review the confirmation promptly and contact us if any details are incorrect.
The person making a reservation confirms that they are authorised to act for every guest included in it and will make these terms and the applicable property rules known to them.
4. Rates, taxes and payment
Rates are shown in the currency stated during booking. Applicable taxes, tourism charges, deposits, service charges and other mandatory fees will be shown where available before confirmation or advised by the booking provider. Payment timing and accepted methods depend on the selected rate and will be stated during booking or in the confirmation.
We may cancel or decline a reservation where payment is not completed, payment authorisation fails, information appears inaccurate or fraudulent, or an obvious pricing or availability error has occurred. Where appropriate, amounts already collected for a cancelled reservation will be refunded through the original payment method.
5. Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Change and cancellation rights depend on the selected rate. Some promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable or may not permit changes. Any applicable deadline, fee or retained deposit will be stated during booking or in your confirmation. Failure to arrive without cancelling may result in the charge stated in the reservation conditions.
Reservations made through a travel agent, online travel agency or other third party must normally be changed or cancelled through that provider and are also subject to its terms.
6. Check-in, identification and occupancy
Guests must comply with the check-in and check-out times stated in their confirmation and present any identification, payment card, security deposit or other documentation reasonably required by the property or applicable authorities. Minimum age, occupancy and visitor rules will be communicated during booking, at check-in or through the property rules.
Only registered guests may occupy the accommodation. Additional guests, children, extra beds and special requests are subject to availability, applicable charges and confirmation by the property.
7. Guest conduct and property rules
Guests must behave responsibly, respect other guests, staff, neighbours and property, follow health and safety instructions, and comply with applicable laws and property rules. You may be charged for loss, damage, excessive cleaning or other costs caused by you or members of your party. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal from the property without refund, subject to applicable law.
8. Facilities and special requests
Descriptions and images are provided to help you choose a stay. Individual units, views, furnishings and facilities may vary. Opening times, access and availability of pools, restaurants, leisure facilities and other services may change because of maintenance, weather, private events, operational needs or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will try to accommodate accessibility needs, dietary requirements and other special requests, but a request is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to booking platforms, payment processors, maps, social networks or other services operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
10. Intellectual property

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No other copying, publication, modification or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by information supplied by you, or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
13. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay, cancellation or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, public-health measures, government action, utility or communications failure, transport disruption, civil disturbance or similar events. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect on confirmed reservations and will communicate available options where practicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its stated update date. Terms applicable to a confirmed reservation remain subject to the reservation conditions accepted when it was made, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
15. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the property operates. Courts or other dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction over the property and the dispute may hear any claim. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
